Tim Lincecum is an American professional baseball player. He was a pitcher, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the San Francisco Giants and the Los Angeles Angels. A two-time Cy Young Award winner, he helped the Giants win three World Series championships, from 2010 through 2014. He is nicknamed “The Freak,” “The Franchise,” “The Freaky Franchise,” and “Big Time Timmy Jim.”
He is the son of Rebecca and Chris Lincecum, who worked at Boeing. He was married to school teacher and principal Cristin Coleman, until her death.
Tim’s maternal grandfather is Balleriano/Balifiano Asis (the son of Genaro Labuya Asis and Alberta Alcoy). Balleriano was born in Hawaii, to Filipino parents. Alberta was from Cebu.
Tim’s maternal grandmother is Philomena Dominguez Marcigan (the daughter of Leoncio/Amoncio Marcigan and Alice/Anastacia Dominguez). Philomena was born in California, to Filipino parents.
